• Welcome

Our school is a Church of England Academy for children aged 4 - 11 years and has over 400 pupils on roll.

We are part of the Diocese of Gloucester Academy Trust, a small multi-academy trust established to promote inclusive and outstanding practice in primary education.

    Our Vision

At Hardwicke Parochial Primary School we strive to equip every child to attain their best in all aspects of life.
We foster Christian principles and values so that children learn respect and empathy; they are happy and valued, healthy and safe.

We are committed to providing the highest possible standards of education and to enthusing pupils with a love of learning. Through creative, broad and balanced experiences we inspire confidence and celebrate the uniqueness and success of all.

    Year 4 - Slimbridge re-visited
Year 4 joined the ducks and ducklings enjoying the rain at Slimbridge. The pond dipping produced a wealth of underwater creatures including leeches, water boatmen, rams horn snails and three spined sticklebacks. And of course the birds were very well fed with a bag of seed per child! To complete the day everyone had an extra helping of watery fun in Welly Boot Land.

EYFS Trip to All Things Wild
The children had a fantastic time today at All Things Wild and the weather was kind to us too! We saw real animals and listened to lots of dinosaur facts throughout the day. We panned for sharks teeth, stroked a woolly mammoth and took a sensory walk in our bare feet! We had a fossil talk, enjoyed ice-cream lollies and obviously had time to play! Thank you parent helpers you were fantastic!
